It is said that everyone needs a mentor and instrumental teachers probably need them more than most. This rewarding and challenging job can be very isolated and a clear professional development path often difficult to chart.
The advice of an experienced and well qualified mentor is a cost effective and powerful way to share good practice and to motivate and develop the skills of teachers.

 

Mentoring Services Offered

• Setting up a mentoring scheme: Consultative advice on planning, designing and setting up a mentoring scheme tailored to the individual requirements of your music service or school.

• Group mentoring: A programme of seminars designed to develop teaching skills and knowledge and setting a course for further personal professional development.
